In 2015 Bani Haddad founded Aleph Hospitality to offer hotel owners in the Middle East and Africa a customised, results-driven alternative to traditional management models. With 31 years in hospitality, 20 of them focused on the region, he is consistently ranked among the most powerful hoteliers in the Middle East. Winning Business Leader of the Year in the 2022 MEED SME Awards, Bani has also featured on the Forbes Middle East list of Top 100 Travel & Tourism Leaders for the past three consecutive years. Under his leadership, Aleph Hospitality has grown into the largest independent hotel management company in the region, operating 50+ hotels across 23 countries and 39 cities. In 2025 Aleph Hospitality won Leading Hotel Management Company in the Leaders in Hospitality Awards by Hotel & Catering Middle East. Bani holds an MBA from IMHI, a joint programme by Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and ESSEC.
