Neil George

With more than 30 years’ experience in international hospitality management, Neil George is Co-CEO and Partner at Aleph Hospitality. He is also Strategic Advisor to the Rosewood Hotel Group and MD of InnSight Advisory. Prior to Aleph Hospitality, Neil was Senior Vice President Acquisitions and Development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Earlier in his career, Neil spent years with Deloitte and Arthur Andersen in London, providing strategic consultancy to hospitality clients in the areas of corporate finance, branding, strategy, valuations and project feasibility. Neil holds a Masters’ degree in hospitality from Cornell University, New York and has lived and worked in four continents and with over 150 hotel markets worldwide.
