Wanja Michuki is a Family Business Coach, Consultant, and Advisor who supports family office professionals in navigating complex family dynamics alongside business and investment decisions. She developed the Compassionate Governance in Family Enterprises™ methodology, helping teams work effectively across relational, operational, and strategic dimensions. Wanja holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, is a Chartered Financial Analyst, accredited in Family Wealth and Business Advising by FFI, and is a certified Executive and Systemic Team Coach. She is also trained and experienced in board governance. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience with family enterprise succession and governance challenges, she applies systems thinking to integrate technical and relational perspectives in her work with families and family office professionals.
