Profile
Jonathan Jackson
Founder
Lordship Group
Born and raised in Kenya as the son of an AIC missionary teacher, Jonathan was educated at St Andrews School in Turi before earning a BSc in Business Management with Distinction from London South Bank University. In 1989, he founded the Lordship Group and has since led it to become a major property development and investment company with offices in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, and Kenya. Under his leadership, the group has developed over $1 billion in mixed-use space totaling more than 600,000 square meters across Central and Eastern Europe and Kenya. After two decades in Prague witnessing the region’s transformation post-Communism, Jonathan returned home to build a strong Kenyan portfolio, including Karen Hills, the landmark 88 Nairobi tower, and award-winning low-income housing projects with Nairobi County. He is also an active investor in IT, biotechnology, and financial systems.
