Mary Mwangi Executive Director, Raising Futures Kenya. My background training is in Finance and Accountancy, Strategic Management and Safeguarding in the Charity Sector. I lead the organization strategy, policies, finance, fundraising and grant management, safeguarding and compliance for Raising Futures Kenya and our Seed of Hope training programme. My passion and satisfaction is in seeing young people winning in life by providing them with a supportive environment to access skills and knowledge so they can be able to leverage their potential. As our organization works to create youth employment through skills training, it is my personal dream that in the near future, all young people in Kenya will have an equitable access to education, especially in TVET skills as we work towards the scaling of our Seed of Hope model to more partners in TVET and other informal youth training and skillin
