Guy McGregor is the Managing Director at Luxury Frontiers, a global experiential design studio specialising in sustainable, high-end hospitality. Guy oversees operations from the Johannesburg studio. With 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, his work spans project delivery, operations, and long-term brand development. Guy’s approach is grounded in leading high-performance teams and creatives, while ensuring operational clarity and context-driven design. He brings a practical understanding of development and guest journeys, maintaining a bespoke, experience-led outcome alongside a strong commitment to conservation, community, and sustainable design. In previous leadership roles, he oversaw group development, projects, design and procurement, contributing to the expansion of a portfolio from three to sixteen lodges across Africa.
