Pauline Siteyi is Head of People at KOFISI Africa, where she leads the company’s people and culture strategy as it expands across the continent and beyond. With nearly two decades of global experience, she focuses on building strong cultures, scalable talent systems, and leadership capability that enable teams to deliver KOFISI’s signature hospitality-driven work experience. Prior to KOFISI, Pauline held senior leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and IBM, where she led multi-country talent strategy, leadership development, and global learning programs while building capability across diverse, international teams. Pauline holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and is a certified HR practitioner and member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). She is also a passionate advocate for youth and women’s empowerment through education, mentorship, and mental wellness initiatives.
