Alexi Cavaleros is the Head of International Acquisitions at the Cavaleros Group, one of the largest privately owned property groups in South Africa established in 1926 by the late Cosmas Cavaleros (founder/chairman), led by Penny Cavaleros and Alexi Cavaleros.

Alexi has shadowed both his parents from the age of ten years old, absorbing all discussions and deal flow that was implemented by the group. He currently spearheads all strategic acquisitions and developments, locally and abroad.

The Group has successfully concluded one of the largest data city transactions in the African continent, where all land parcels were identified by Alexi Cavaleros. Alexi Cavaleros is also developing various other data cities within the African continent and has met with several presidents in Africa.

Alexi Cavaleros is currently developing alongside the team a strategic lifestyle mall known as LXX Sandhurst, negotiating with tenants locally and abroad. His passion and focus is on the hospitality sector, namely on the African continent, since wildlife is his passion.

Cavaleros Group Holdings are currently the owners of the Hilton Sandton and Maslow Hotels, involving Alexi Cavaleros in operations of both hotels. Cavaleros Group Holdings is known for their enthusiasm, innovation, and efficiency. The Group has left an indelible mark on the industry. The Group has assembled a local and international professional team comprising independent architects, quantity surveyors, engineers, town planners, attorneys, and charted accountants.
