Grégory Lanter

After graduating from HEC Paris, Grégory Lanter joined Club Med in 2004 to manage development in Africa and the Middle East. He was later appointed Vice President Development, and took charge of Architecture, Construction and Mountain Strategy worldwide. In 2024, he was promoted to Deputy CEO, responsible for Asia, Development and Mountain. He oversees the Group's move upmarket, with over €5 billion invested in sustainable resorts. The Mountain division now accounts for more than a third of sales, while the Asia-Pacific region is becoming a strategic growth driver.
