Olivier is Managing Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Kasada Capital Management, the leading independent real estate private equity platform dedicated to the hospitality sector in Africa. Kasada was established in 2018 with the support of two anchor L.P.s, the Qatar Investment Authority, the sovereign wealth fund of Qatar, and Accor, a global hospitality leader. In April 2019, Kasada closed its first fund, Kasada Hospitality Fund L.P. (“Kasada”), with equity commitments of more than US$ 500 million. Kasada is currently the most active investor in the hospitality industry in Sub-Saharan Africa with a current portfolio of 20 hotels since its first acquisition in January 2021. Kasada has become the largest and most active institutional investor in hospitality in the region and the solutions provider of choice. In 2016, Olivier took on the role of Chief Operating Officer of AccorHotels Middle East, and in 2017 added Africa to his remit when he became COO of Middle East and Africa. In his last position as CEO of AccorHotels Middle East and Africa, he was responsible for the management of a portfolio of over 200 hotels across 30 countries. He has over 30 years of international finance and hospitality industry experience. Olivier is French and speaks English & French.
