Ufi Ibrahim is Founder and Chief Executive of the Energy and Environment Alliance (EEA), a global coalition representing over £360 billion in hospitality and lodging capital. The EEA works with investors, asset managers, operators and policymakers to embed commercially intelligent sustainability as a driver of value creation, resilience and access to capital—through industry-aligned disclosure standards, executive education, technology, and audit-grade performance readiness. Ufi serves on the Board of the Lamington Group, is Strategic Advisor to Green Lease, and sits on the Audit & Risk Committee of the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission. Previously, she was CEO of the British Hospitality Association and COO of the World Travel & Tourism Council, where she helped shape global competitiveness benchmarks and the industry’s first collective climate commitments.
