HH.E. Al Humaidan leads the Authority with a forward-looking vision, placing the empowerment and inclusion of People of Determination at the heart of its mission. Since 2017, he has overseen budgets, strategies, and major projects, while building impactful local and international partnerships that foster sustainable opportunities and promote social solidarity. With over 20 years of leadership experience in strategic planning, talent development, and impactful partnerships, H.E. Al Humaidan has a distinguished record of service in various high-level roles, including: • Board Member, Zayed Authority for People of Determination (2015–2019) • Steering Committee Member, Integrated Framework for Social Services (since 2019) • Board Member, National Rehabilitation Center – Abu Dhabi (2012–2021) • Board Member, Abu Dhabi Sports Council (2019–2021) • Member, Higher Committee for Services for People of Determination – Ministry of Community Development (since 2019) • Member, Supreme Committee of H.H. Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak’s Program for Excellence and Community Intelligence (since 2018) • Member, Social Sector Committee – Emirate of Abu Dhabi • Chairman, Audit Committee – Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority (since 2020) • Deputy Vice President, Rehabilitation International – Arab Region (since 2022) • Member, Board of Trustees – National Academy for Childhood Development (2024) • Member, Executive and Financial Committees – National Academy for Childhood Development (2024) H.E. Al Humaidan holds a Master’s in Business Administration (2017), a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems (2009), and a Higher Diploma in Business Information Technology (1998) His previous leadership roles include serving as Executive Director of the Abu Dhabi Emiratization Council, HR Director at ADNOC Group (Esnad), and Assistant Director at Emirates Media Corporation H.E.
