Pedro Ribeiro is an award-winning C-level executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across Holding Groups, Real Estate, and Asset Management institutions in the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa. He has successfully delivered world-class malls and mixed-use developments worth billions of dollars, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. A results-driven leader, Mr. Ribeiro is recognized for maximizing productivity and achieving strategic efficiencies while guiding corporations to new levels of performance. He has advised on some of Saudi Arabia’s most transformative real estate ventures, including the Kingdom’s largest standalone hotel transaction in Jeddah and more than 30 mega and giga projects under Vision 2030. Currently, he serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Rua Al Madinah Holding, a PIF company that develops Rua Al Madinah project as one of the world’s largest hospitality developments. In this role, he leads the company’s commercial sector, advancing the transformation of Madinah with over 47,000 new room keys as part of this landmark initiative.
