He pioneered hotel performance and reputation benchmarking in Italy and has been STR’s partner in Italy since 2005, introducing a data-driven culture and conducting numerous feasibility studies for hotels and mixed-use projects. In 2014, he founded Italia Hospitality, a strategic platform connecting hospitality groups, real estate players, developers, investment funds, and institutions with international investors. At FHS, his mission is to spotlight projects in emerging destinations across Italy with untapped potential, while championing future-shaping hospitality design and innovative F&B concepts that blend music, arts, and Cucina Italiana to celebrate Italy’s cultural heritage and creativity.
