Roland leads PwC’s Education and Skills Practice. He is a strategy and implementation specialist working across the Middle East on transformational projects with a focus on human capability and upskilling, transforming the region’s potential to achieve its aspirations. Roland works with governments, education providers, research and development organizations and the private sector to enhance education and training provision, create training pathways that meet industry needs and enhance workforce impact. Before moving to the Middle East in 2013, he led PwC UK’s schools account and worked for the UK government.
