Fadi Alaseri is the Senior Director of Education & Capability Building at Red Sea Global (RSG), a closed joint stock company wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). He leads the design and delivery of pioneering educational systems and programs for The Red Sea and AMAALA, two world-class regenerative tourism destinations that are setting new global standards in sustainable development. With more than 20 years of experience as an educator, advisor, and strategist in academia and business, including over five years at RSG, Fadi has spearheaded the launch of groundbreaking Luxury Hospitality Programs in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, and Hotel Operations, while also introducing first-of-their-kind educational pathways in airport services, tourism security, and health and wellness tourism—setting a new benchmark for Saudi Arabia’s hospitality industry. His vision has already empowered over 1,000 young Saudis to enter the workforce, with thousands more in training, advancing RSG’s bold mandate to prepare 10,000 nationals for world-class hospitality careers by 2030.
