Costas Livadaris is Parsons’ EMEA Hospitality & Leisure Lead, leading a specialist team delivering future destinations across the region. He joined Parsons as Project Director for a hotel in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), the award-winning mixed-use development, and later served as Deputy Program Director for Design and Development. A seasoned hospitality leader and guest speaker, Costas brings 30+ years’ consulting and project leadership experience across hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, and landscape developments, including 29 years in Middle East luxury hospitality. With Parsons for 5+ years, he has contributed to luxury hospitality projects across the GCC.
