Her award-winning consultancy, Black Coral Consulting, has served an impressive roster of clients including Four Seasons, Sani/Ikos Group, GHA Discovery, Boutique Group and Grupo Vidanta, helping to revolutionise their approach to revenue management and increase profitability. Prior to launching her consultancy, Judith was Global Senior Vice President of Revenue Management & Distribution at Kerzner International responsible for resorts, hotels, F&B outlets, spas and attractions. In this role, she developed commercial strategies across all income streams, delivering double-digit growth. Judith’s track record demonstrates a clear focus on maximising profitability and realising potential across every revenue stream. Her expertise has made her a trusted strategic advisor to clients and a leader in revenue optimisation and distribution platform development. Since launching Black Coral Consulting, Judith has won numerous awards and become a Member of ISHC, the leading source of global hospitality expertise. She is also an active member of the HSMAI Middle East Revenue Optimisation Advisory Board, having previously served as Chair from 2022 to 2024, and an invited member of the Hotelier’s Guild Academy of Hospitality Arts. In 2025, Judith was appointed to the Board of Directors of The Luminaire, an ultra-luxury travel brand redefining experiential journeys for discerning global travellers.
