I’m a tech entrepreneur with over 15 years in technology and innovation — including 5 years in the payment industry, where I created from scratch gateways and IPSP solutions, as well as the first call center for payment operations, and 10 years building startups for hotel chains and hospitality operators. My work spans both sides of the industry — from guest communication, upselling, and journey personalization to internal operations like housekeeping, maintenance, HR, and staff planning. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of businesses, from large hotel groups to vacation rental companies and service suppliers. I have a solid understanding of all sides of stakeholders – investors/owners, brands, operators, and constantly strive to develop solutions that make their lives easier and businesses more profitable. Having seen the full picture of hospitality operations, I focus on creating intelligent, AI-driven tools that simplify management, workflows, empower teams, and elevate the guest experience.
