Carolyn Turnbull is a respected leader in luxury hospitality, appointed CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts in June 2025. With more than 25 years of international experience, she has been instrumental in shaping some of the world’s most iconic brands and destinations. Carolyn spent over a decade in Singapore working alongside industry pioneer Adrian Zecha at Aman and then Azerai, driving strategic positioning and operational excellence across multiple markets. These formative years helped forge her expertise in global brand building and high-performance leadership. Before joining Nammos, Carolyn was CEO of one of Australia’s largest hotel and residential projects — a $1 billion mixed-use landmark at Perth’s Elizabeth Quay — and served as Managing Director of Tourism Western Australia, delivering $18 billion in economic impact and elevating the state on the global stage. At Nammos, Carolyn is leading the brand’s evolution from an iconic Mykonos beach club into a global ultra-luxury hospitality portfolio, with upcoming resorts in Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, and Abu Dhabi, while delivering exceptional experiences at its flagship property in Mykonos. Carolyn leads with purpose and vision, championing innovation, authenticity, and the next generation of industry talent. Carolyn holds an Executive MBA from Nanyang Business School, Singapore, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
