Ashank Kothari is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Real Estate Group in India. In this role, he is responsible for new investments, strategy and asset management initiatives across various real estate asset classes in India. Mr. Kothari has led a wide range of investments across strategies at the platform, portfolio and property level including the RMZ portfolio acquisition and growth of the Leela Palaces platform. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Kothari worked with a global private equity firm in New York.
