Neal Jones is Chief Operating Officer of Marriott International, Europe and Africa, Premium & Select and Owner Partner Relations for EMEA. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for two of the largest revenue-driving brand segments, with over 850 properties located across the two continents of Europe and Africa. Both managed and franchised hotels including all disciplines are under his leadership, as well as the Owner Partner Relations organization for EMEA. Neal also oversees Marriott’s Design Hotels Business, which consists of a handpicked portfolio of more than 300 independently owned and operated hotels in over 60 countries around the globe. As a Marriott International veteran of over 25 years, Neal’s career consisted of various senior commercial roles within the company before his appointment to COO in July 2024. He graduated from the Hotel School The Hague, located in The Netherlands and is currently based at Marriott International’s London regional office.
