Saif Desouky is a Project Director at ANAX Developments, leading the company’s project development and delivery operations across its growing portfolio of luxury residential projects in Dubai. He plays a pivotal role in positioning ANAX among the UAE’s leading high-end developers, driving partnerships with international brands to create residences defined by exceptional design quality, customer well-being, and sophisticated living standards. His leadership combines technical precision with strategic oversight, ensuring each development reflects both global best practice and local market agility. Before joining ANAX, Saif worked with JLL, where he managed the delivery of high-end residential, commercial, retail, education, and hospitality developments for some of the most prominent names in the region. His portfolio included landmark projects such as Orla by Omniyat, Emaar Dubai Hills, Sofitel Dubai, DIFC Living, Aldar, the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, HSBC, JP Morgan & Chase, Schneider Electric, and the Executive Affairs Authority. During his tenure, he was recognized for leading complex, high-value programs from feasibility through completion, integrating branded interiors, cutting-edge technology, and sustainable design principles to elevate user experience and long-term asset performance. Prior to his consultancy career, Saif worked with Dar Al-Handasah, contributing to Giga and Mega projects across the Middle East, including the multi-billion-dollar Haram Expansion in Makkah, one of the most significant religious developments globally, and SODIC East, a high-end mixed-use master community combining entertainment, commercial, and residential zones. He began his career with Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) in Cairo, where he worked on the St. Regis Hotel and Residences (Diaar Alqatari), a landmark of luxury hospitality and branded living that exposed him early to the intricacies of high-end finishes and complex building systems. Saif holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the American University in Cairo, graduating with High Honors, and a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from Heriot-Watt University Dubai. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Green Associate, combining technical expertise with a deep commitment to design integrity, sustainability, and delivery excellence. Today, Saif represents the new generation of development leaders redefining Dubai’s luxury real estate market, aligning global design partnerships, governance frameworks, and customer-centric innovation to shape the next era of high-quality urban living in the UAE.
