Barr. Hannatu Musa Musawa holds a law degree from the University of Buckingham, UK, and a Master's in Legal Aspects of Marine Affairs from the University of Wales. Qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. A member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She worked as a litigation lawyer and legal advisor for private companies and served as in-house counsel for Continental Transfer Technique Ltd and CONTEC Global. She founded Hanney Musawa & Associates, handling high-profile national and international cases. She was recently appointed as Member of the Creative Africa Advisory Group (CAAG) of the African Export-Import Bank (AFREXIM).
