Sanjay Nandi is the Group Chief Executive Officer of ADMO Lifestyle Holding, a global hospitality and lifestyle investment platform based in Abu Dhabi. Since joining ADMO, Nandi has overseen major investments and international expansions of distinctive brands including Nammos, CÉ LA VI, CLAP, and Em Sherif. In early 2025 Nandi led the full integration of the luxury Nammos brand into ADMO, paving the way for upcoming openings in London, the Red Sea and the Maldives. More recently Nandi has overseen ADMO take a majority shareholding in the iconic Lebanese brand, Em Sherif, setting the stage for its global expansion. He continues to drive the expansion of AlphaMind, a new global lifestyle vertical and collaborative effort with Addmind Hospitality Group. This joint venture leverages the combined expertise of two industry powerhouses to expand AlphaMind’s portfolio both regionally and globally including CLAP, KIRA, Babylon, LITT, Bar Du Port, and Iris.
