Rabih Fakhreddine is the Founder & Group CEO of 7 Management, a visionary leader who has reshaped the Middle East’s culinary, nightlife, and entertainment industries with his bold and experience-driven concepts. Under his leadership, the company has launched acclaimed homegrown concepts including The Theater, February 30, Lucia’s, Antika, Seven Sisters, Sayf, Limonata, and Yubi; the region’s first licensed hand roll bar. In 2025, Rabih introduced 25 Jumpstreet, Dubai’s first licensed street-style hospitality hub, further showcasing his ability to pioneer disruptive destinations. He has also expanded 7 Management’s portfolio through strategic franchise operations, introducing renowned names such as Meat the Fish, Em Sherif Restaurant, Em Sherif Sea Café, Bagatelle Athens, and Scalini Beirut into the group. Today, 7 Management operates across Lebanon, the UAE, Qatar, and Greece, with more openings on the horizon. The launch of Bagatelle Athens and Lucia’s Athens marked the group’s first entry into Europe, setting the tone for its ongoing international expansion. Winner of numerous prestigious accolades, Rabih Fakhreddine has been repeatedly recognized for his impact on the region’s nightlife and hospitality scene. In 2023 and 2024, he was named among the Top 50 F&B Leaders in the Caterer Middle East Power List, and in 2025, recognized by Arabian Business as one of Dubai’s 100 Most Influential People. Rabih is also a distinguished member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – UAE Chapter, and serves on the board of the Global Smile Foundation. He was recently recognized on the Forbes Middle East list of 20 Leaders Behind Luxury Dining in the Middle East. In 2025, he was also honored with the Visionary Entrepreneur Award at HORECA Lebanon, further cementing his role as a leading figure in the region’s F&B and hospitality industry. Outside of work, Rabih enjoys family life with his wife Ghenwa and their children, Mila and Karim.
