Over the past 15 years, he has been entrusted with leadership of some of the most strategically significant portfolios in the Middle East and Europe. At Jumeirah Group, Stephan helped expand and solidify the brand’s flagship assets during a critical phase of international growth. At Doğuş Group, he drove multi-billion-dollar value creation by repositioning high-value assets and scaling globally recognized restaurant brands such as Zuma, Roka, LPM, and Nusr-Et - strengthening the Group’s competitiveness across hospitality and lifestyle sectors. At Wasl Hospitality & Leisure, he led a diverse portfolio including Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and other landmark destinations, where he enhanced asset value, elevated operational performance, and aligned strategic growth with Dubai’s evolving hospitality and real estate landscape. Now as CEO of Chedi Hospitality, Stephan is guiding the group’s transformation under its enduring brand essence “A Voyage Unbound.” He is revitalizing the excellence that first defined Chedi’s legacy and elevating it to new heights by expanding into private residences, lifestyle destinations, and new international markets.
