Sohail Alali is the Investment Director at Rua Al Madinah Holding, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), dedicated to transforming the experience of residents and visitors to the holy city of Madinah through world-class urban development projects. With more than 15 years of leadership across the hospitality and real estate sectors, Mr. Alali brings deep expertise in investment, asset management, business development, and hotel operations. His career includes pivotal roles such as Chairman of the Board of Madinah Airport Hotel Company, where he led the company’s establishment and growth, and Hospitality Investment Director at Taiba Investment Company, one of the Kingdom’s leading real estate developers. Earlier in his career, he served as Director of Corporate Finance at Arab Resorts Areas Company, overseeing critical financial strategies and operations. Mr. Alali holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Multimedia University in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. His professional journey reflects a consistent track record of driving growth, shaping investment strategies, and advancing Saudi Arabia’s vision for hospitality and urban excellence.
