Tanja Millner is a results-driven conference producer with over 20 years of experience building and leading hospitality and travel investment platforms across Europe, Asia, and beyond. As Production Director at The Bench since January 2022, she oversees the development and delivery of the company's flagship gatherings, including FHS World (formerly AHIC), FHS Saudi Arabia, FHS Africa (formerly AHIF), FHS Egypt and FHS Living - bringing together government leaders, tourism ministries, global travel associations, hospitality brands, investors, and destination developers to shape the future of the industry. Tanja's career in hospitality began after graduating from a Tourism College in Austria. She spent several years with Hilton Hotels in the UK before moving to Bangkok to join an event management company focused on corporate events across Asia. Returning to Europe, she rejoined Hilton to open the newly refurbished Hilton Vienna as Austria's largest conference hotel, before moving to Hilton Munich to oversee sales. Following five years in China, where she founded and ran her own event planning company, Tanja returned to Austria to focus on hospitality consulting. During this period, she grew the International Hotel Investment & Design Conference (IHIDC) into one of the leading annual hotel investment gatherings for Central & Eastern Europe and went on to serve as Managing Director for hotel & tourism forum Vienna at PKF hospitality group, where she led the global development of PKF's hospitality investment conferences and corporate partnerships. She is also a Co-founder and the driving force behind the Swiss Hospitality Investment Club, launched in 2022 as a leading platform for insight and dialogue on the Swiss hotel real estate market, and is a member of WiH Global, a not-for-profit community championing diversity and inclusion in hospitality. Known for her ability to build and empower multicultural teams in fast-moving global environments, Tanja combines operational rigor with a deep network across the hospitality investment world - ensuring every event she produces delivers real value and lasting impact.
