Abdalla Almannaee is a senior banking professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate banking. He specialises in risk governance, credit and financial structuring, and delivering tailored banking solutions for corporates and government-related entities. His sector expertise spans real estate, healthcare, and district cooling, with a strong track record across both conventional and structured transactions. Abdalla began his banking career at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), where he worked on a range of high-profile bilateral and syndicated transactions across real estate and diversified sectors. His experience encompasses both investment banking and corporate credit. Since joining First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in 2018, Abdalla has played a key role in originating and executing complex real estate financing transactions across FAB's regional and global footprint. Currently, Abdalla serves as Head of Real Estate sector within FAB’s Wholesale Banking Group, where he leads client coverage and drives strategic sector engagement globally. Abdalla holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and managing for sustainability from California State University, Chico, and is a Certified associate in project management (PMI).
