Margarita has over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry across the Middle East, Europe and Russia & CIS regions. Her expertise covers operations, consulting and asset management. With a strong focus on operator search & selection mandates, Margarita leads this process for 40+ assets across the region. Her extensive experience and industry knowledge enable her to streamline the selection process, ensuring optimal matches between properties and management companies. Margarita's expertise in navigating complex negotiations and aligning stakeholder interests results in successful partnerships that maximize asset value and operational efficiency. Margarita has worked in several international consulting firms including HVS, KPMG and CBRE, as well as on the owners’ side overlooking the hotel portfolio of a large investment fund. Her last role prior to joining JLL was as the Head of Hotels & Hospitality department, Russia & CIS at CBRE, leading all the project work across the region. Margarita’s experience covers more than 200 projects including operator searches, feasibility studies, highest & best-use, valuations, portfolio strategy development, new markets entry strategies and regional hospitality sector development strategies.
