Abdalla is a career banker that brings comprehensive investment and corporate banking experience with expertise in risk assessment, credit structuring, and financing solutions for UAE corporates and GREs across various sectors including healthcare, district cooling, and real estate. Prior to FAB, Abdalla worked on notable bilateral and syndicated real estate and non-real estate transactions, from an in investment banking and business credit perspective with ADCB. Since joining FAB in 2018, he has closed various investment and development RE finance transactions across the footprint (primarily UAE, US, and EMEA) before leading the MENA Real Estate Finance team within the Global Corporate Finance function, and more recently, heading the RE sector within the Wholesale Banking Group from a relationship perspective. His experience reflects strong sector specialization across asset classes, navigating investments through the cycle, and fluency in bespoke corporate and structured financing, with growing leadership in sustainable and transitionary solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Managing for Sustainability from CSU Chico and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI).
