Mr. Chen has profound professional experience in real estate investment and financing, REITs/Pre - REITs investment & asset management, PERE, large - scale real estate development, planning and design, and international corporate operations.

Mr. Chen is the China Chapter Chairman for APREA- Singapore based real estate association with 20-year history & branches in 18 countries; and Fellow of BOMA China - USA based real estate owners’ association with 120-year history. And visiting professor at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
