30 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. She founded Insight Out in 2008, providing strategic commercial advisory across Middle East & Africa. Since 2018, Mona has served as President of HSMAI MEA, championing collaboration, education, and industry advancement. In 2022, she co-founded ExploreTECH, the world’s first B2B SaaS platform of its kind dedicated to enabling smarter discovery, evaluation, and procurement of hospitality technology solutions, where she now serves as CEO. She previously held senior commercial leadership roles with Hilton and Rotana. Known for her candid insight and strong industry network, Mona holds a Business Administration degree from the American University of Beirut.
