Natalie currently serves as Commercial Vice President at Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), where she leads commercial performance for a portfolio of flagship UAE hotels. She works closely with leading global operators including Marriott, Radisson, Kempinski, Hyatt, and Accor to enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer acquisition, and deliver results across all commercial channels.

Her experience spans corporate and on-property roles, with a proven ability to execute complex initiatives. Natalie has held senior regional leadership roles with IHG Hotels and Resorts, Kempinski Hotels and Resorts and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts across the Middle East and Africa.
