Nicolas is an accomplished leader in the global luxury hospitality industry and currently serves as Head of Hospitality at Emaar Hospitality Group. With over 20 years of international experience, he oversees Emaar’s diverse hospitality and leisure portfolio, including flagship brands such as Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, Veo, Armani Hotels, and Palace Hotels, as well as the Group’s leisure, wellness, dining, and entertainment offerings.

Prior to joining Emaar, Nicolas held senior leadership roles with globally recognized hospitality brands. Most recently, he served as Area General Manager for Armani Hotels & Resorts, leading operations in Dubai and Milan and driving brand development initiatives. He also previously held the role of President of Global Operations & Head of Business Strategy, managing a multi-regional portfolio across the GCC, Europe, and Asia, where he delivered strong profitability and service excellence.

Nicolas brings deep expertise in hotel operations, brand development, and strategic transformation, with a proven track record in managing complex luxury assets, launching innovative concepts, and elevating guest experiences. A graduate of Institut Paul Bocuse and Cornell University, and fluent in five languages, he brings a strong global perspective to his role.

In his current position, Nicolas is focused on driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional service standards, reinforcing Emaar Hospitality Group’s standing as a global leader in luxury and lifestyle hospitality.
