A visionary hotelier with strong financial acumen, Tariq has over 26 years’ experience in hospitality management in Saudi Arabia. With an impressive track record of strategic leadership, he has successfully led multi-cultural, cross-functional teams in pursuit of excellence. As the company’s key leader in Saudi Arabia, Tariq is responsible for spearheading Aleph Hospitality in the Kingdom, supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. Tariq has had a distinguished career at InterContinental, most recently as Area General Manager for IHG government owned hotels and General Manager of InterContinental Riyadh. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In 2024 Tariq won Hospitality Heavyweight of the Year at the Leaders in Hospitality Awards, KSA 2024 by Hotel & Catering News Middle East.
