Fatih Tamince

Fatih Tamince serves as Managing Partner of FTG Development and is an Executive Board member of Rixos Hospitality and Tersane Istanbul. He studied at Imperial College London, earning a BSc in Applied Business Management. In his role at FTG Development, Mr. Tamince is responsible for developing new real-estate projects and evaluating target opportunities for the group. He has led the delivery of numerous flagship destinations, including Tersane Istanbul in Turkey, Rixos Emerald Shores in Saudi Arabia, and the Rosewood Hotel in the Maldives, as well as other large-scale mixed-use and all-inclusive projects worldwide. In addition to development, Mr. Tamince is actively involved in the group’s asset-management activities and M&A processes for key properties. Mr. Tamince also plays a significant role in shaping partnerships between FTG and external stakeholders. He provides guidance on sourcing and establishing new business alliances to expand the group’s reach and presence.
