Jaume Tàpies-Ibern is a hospitality investment, development and management executive with over 30 years of international experience across Europe and the Middle East. He is CEO of Aina Hospitality and Boscalt Hospitality Investment Fund, and Co-Founder of LITA Technologies, an AI-driven platform bringing robotics and intelligent automation to hotel operations. He previously served as Chairman of Relais & Châteaux (2005–2013), leading 540 luxury boutique hotels and gastronomic restaurants in 64 countries, and later as CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Hospitality Partners. Jaume sits on the boards of Boutique Group (Riyadh) and Rogers Hospitality (Mauritius). He speaks seven languages and is a Knight of France’s National Order of Merit.
