He holds a master's degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut. Previous Experience: • Acting CEO of Jedah Economic Company (KSA) for 2025 • CEO of Jeddah Economic Company (2013-2020): Owner and developer of Jeddah Economic City, a mixed-use mega-project featuring Jeddah Tower (the tallest tower in the world), the JEC Shopping Mall, and Water Body (the largest in the Middle East). • Solidere International 2006-2013; Executive Board Member and Chief Operating Officer of SI, Executive Board Member and CEO of Solidere Saudi Arabia, General Manager and Director of City Makers Company (operational arm of SI). And Managing Director and Board Member of Solidere Egypt. • Solidere (1995-2013): Deputy General Manager for Solidere, owner and developer of Downtown Beirut. Led the team established Solidere International Ltd ("SI") in 2006, a city maker, place maker, and developer. • Lebanon & Gulf Bank SAL (1980-1995), Deputy General Manager, Managing Director of the International Banking Unit in Cyprus, Director on the Board of Lebanon Gulf Bank SAL until June 2019.
