Lindsay Madden Nadeau is an Architect of Wellness leading Wellness Strategy for Red Sea Global across two of Saudi Arabia’s landmark regenerative tourism destinations: AMAALA and The Red Sea. With more than 23 years of global experience in luxury hospitality, spa, and wellness, Lindsay works at the intersection of master planning, operator strategy, guest experience, programming, and brand positioning. Her role focuses on translating wellness from a concept into a fully integrated destination ecosystem, connecting health, sport, wellbeing, culture, nature, and commercial activation. At Red Sea Global, Lindsay is helping shape how wellness is planned, delivered, and communicated across destinations designed to set new benchmarks for regenerative luxury tourism. She is also the founder of Meraki Bespoke Wellness Strategies and Vice-Chair of the Global Wellness Tourism Initiative at the Global Wellness Institute, where she contributes to global conversations on the future of wellness travel and what makes destinations truly meaningful, credible, and successful. Lindsay holds a diploma in Clinical Sports Therapy and has participated in the Cambridge University Sustainability Leadership program.
