Shereen Tawfiq is the award-winning co-founder & CEO of BALINCA, a company transforming financial education through innovative, simulation-based training programs. She began her career as one of the first women in Saudi banking, gaining experience at Banque Saudi Fransi and Deutsche Bank, and later served as an Advisor to the Saudi Ministry of Economy. The first Saudi Wharton MBA graduate, Shereen is passionate about empowering women, and people globally, and fostering financial literacy across the GCC. Through BALINCA unique workshops, she helps individuals and organizations build practical financial skills, master business strategy, driving informed decision-making and long-term financial independence.
