Mr. Fuad Essam Al Filali is a seasoned hospitality and investment executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across the Middle East. He currently serves as Managing Director of Millennium and Copthorne KSA, where he oversees strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term value creation across hospitality assets. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in both private and government-linked organisations, leading business transformation, operational restructuring, and expansion initiatives. His work has consistently focused on improving performance efficiency, strengthening organisational capability, and delivering sustainable growth across the hospitality and tourism sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Luxury Hospitality and Guest Experience from Glion Institute of Higher Education (2025–2026) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from King AbdulAziz University (2009–2012). His academic background complements his practical leadership experience, particularly in financial discipline and guest-centric hospitality development. Recognised for his hands-on and results-oriented leadership style, Mr. Fuad is committed to developing national talent, building resilient organisations, and advancing the hospitality sector in line with Saudi Vision 2030. He continues to play an active role in shaping the future of tourism and hospitality in Saudi Arabia.
