Simon is the Founder and CEO of AIRE https://www.aire-realestate.com, a Consulting, Valuation and Software company focused on Africa and the Middle East that offers Hotels Feasibility Studies, Operator Selections and Capital raising. Before founding AIRE, Simon spent >20 years in the real estate sector in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He worked at Nakheel as Director of Joint Ventures and Hospitality, and he successfully set up and led the growth of JLL’s consulting division in Africa. Simon built a track-record of >300 consulting assignments and executed transactions / deal due diligences for c. $2B across office, logistics, retail, mixed-use and residential asset classes in >35 countries across EMEA. He is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, Edhec Business School and a member of the RICS.
