Mutheu is the Director – Legal & Projects and co-founder of Trianum Hospitality, a leading hospitality consulting and management firm operating in Kenya. Senior Commercial & Compliance Legal Counsel with cross-border experience in real estate, hospitality, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. With a combination of legal, tax, compliance, human resource management and operations experience, she has driven revenue growth, strengthened governance and lead multi-jurisdictional negotiations. She has held several positions in Trianum - Legal, HR and Compliance, Project lead in hotel development and asset management, CEO leading strategy for the company, the hotels under management and leading the shared services team at Trianum. Mutheu is a member of the Law Society of Botswana (LSB) and the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) Kenya. She sits as ex-officio board member on 2 of the client hotels and has held a variety of positions in committees in the education, social and church sectors.
