Samir Patel is the Founder and CEO of Workable, a flexible workspace operator in Kenya. The company provides premium office solutions designed to meet the needs of modern businesses, with a focus on service, design, and operational quality. Workable currently operates over 40,000 ft² of workspace in Nairobi and is expanding through a pipeline exceeding 100,000 ft², in partnership with landlords and developers. Samir has a background in both hospitality and real estate, having previously led a family-owned hotel business in Kenya. He remains involved in a broader portfolio of hotel and commercial real estate assets. He has completed executive education at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and Harvard Graduate School of Design.
