Stephen Oluwatobi is a thought leader, business leader, growth lead and strategist in technology. He earned his PhD in Innovation Economics, where he studied how economies can achieve innovation-driven growth. He currently leads Operations and serves as the COO of Kora, the pan-African payment infrastructure company, responsible for creating a future void of digital financial barriers in Africa. He is the founder of Hebron Startup Lab, the first University Startup Accelerator in Nigeria from where great African entrepreneurs have emerged, who have started high-growth companies, including Keza, Mobile Waiters, Earnipay to mention a few. He currently sits as the chairman of the board. From his experience, he has helped advise institutions and governments. He served as the Group CEO of Pertinence Group, where he led a team of CEOs and helped grow the company’s revenue by 400% in 2 years. Stephen’s appetite for learning and growth fuels his adventure, which is expressed in his work at Kora.
