Javad brings extensive experience across hospitality management and real estate. He began his career in hotel operations before transitioning into real estate consulting, advising clients across the MENA region on strategic hospitality projects. He later joined the largest real estate developer in the UAE, where he focused on asset management and investments, overseeing a diversified portfolio of over 15 assets, including hotels, golf clubs, and marinas, while contributing to key acquisitions and operator selection. Most recently, Javad led the expansion strategy for a hotel operator. At Knight Frank, Javad leads hospitality advisory across operator search and selection, feasibility studies, and asset management, leveraging his experience as a consultant, owner representative, and operator to bridge strategy with execution across the full hospitality real estate cycle.
