Sarmad Zok is Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), a London-based international hotel and resort real estate investment company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Company. KHI is a leading global luxury hospitality platform, investing across ownership stakes in major management companies, trophy assets in gateway cities, and a diversified emerging markets portfolio. Over his career, Mr. Zok has led acquisitions and development of more than 50 hotels and completed hospitality M&A transactions exceeding $20 billion, including landmark deals involving Four Seasons and Accor. He serves on the boards of Four Seasons, Accor, and Kingdom Holding Company.
