Tom Stevens serves as Chief Operating Officer – Hotel Operations at The First Group Hospitality. He joined the company in November 2024 as Senior Vice President – Hotel Operations, bringing over three decades of experience across hospitality operations and commercial leadership. Before joining The First Group Hospitality, Stevens held the role of Vice President at Rotana Hotels, where he managed a portfolio of 65 hotels and led multiple pre-opening projects across the EMEA region. Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Commercial Director for Hilton’s full-service hotels in EMEA, where he drove revenue growth across more than 300 hotels and managed the Hilton MEA franchise portfolio, maximizing overall performance.
